Öffnungszeiten: Wir haben keine regulären Öffnungszeiten!
Kernzeit ist Mo. - Fr. 8:00 - 14:00.
Allerdings behalten wir uns vor, an umsatzschwachen Tagen keinen Lagerbetrieb aufrecht zu erhalten. Genauso wiederum sind wir auch sehr oft ausserhalb der genannten Kernzeiten anwesend - aber immer Situationsbedingt.
Samstag: haben wir regulär geschlossen. Es gibt aber auch da Ausnahmen, bitte rechzeitig anfragen.
Wenn Sie Ihre Ware vorher im Internetshop reservieren wollen, bestellen Sie bitte, wie wenn Sie geliefert bekommen und wählen Sie Vorkasse aus.
Vermerken Sie in dem Hinweisfeld, dass Sie bar zahlen wollen und melden Sie sich bei uns wegen Terminabsprache.
Die Ihnen dann berrechneten Lieferkosten, werden wir bei Selbstabholung selbstverständlich wieder abziehen.
Sie erhalten dann eine geänderte neue Bestellbestätigung mit dem um die Lieferkosten reduzierten Betrag.

Ansonsten sprechen Sie bitte immer vor einer Selbstabholung Ihren Umfang mit uns ab. Wir prüfen im Einzelfall die Verfügbarkeit Ihres Umfangs und reserviern für Sie, damit Sie nicht umsonst anfahren.
Automatische Versandkostenberechnung im Warenkorb
Das System berechnet Ihnen automatisch Gewicht bzw. das entsprechende "Volumengewicht". Dazu muss unser System Ihren Lieferort kennen!
Achtung! Dies geschieht erst im fortgesetzten Bestellprozess, nach Ihrer Registrierung.
Vorgang
- Vollziehen Sie Ihre Auswahl und füllen Sie ihren Warenkorb (Klicken Sie "In den Warenkorb").
- Kaufen Sie weiter ein, oder klicken Sie unten rechts "Zur Kasse gehen".
- Nun können Sie sich als Kunde registrieren und dabei Ihre Rechnungs- und Lieferadresse (An andere Adresse verschicken) eingeben und auswählen.
- Klicken Sie auf "Fortsetzen". Nun ermittelt das System das gesamte Gewicht/Volumengewicht Ihres Warenkorbs und zeigt Ihnen die Versandkosten an.
- Zur Auswahl steht immer die kostenlose Selbstabholung.
Volumengewicht
Bei Sperrgut wird mit „Volumengewicht“ gerechnet. Bei schweren Gütern wird das Gewicht in Rechnung gestellt und bei leichteren Gütern das Volumen. Bambus ist leicht, oft wird deswegen das Volumen in Rechnung gestellt. Das von unserem System berechnete Versandgewicht, ist ein von uns ermittelter Wert, der das voraussichtliche "Volumengewicht" des gesamten Pakets darstellt. Entweder das voraussichtliche Volumen oder das voraussichtliche Gewicht, je nach dem was berechnet wird. Das berechnet "Volumengewicht" ist bei jedem Artikel in der Produktdetail-Beschreibung angegeben.
